Scope
These terms govern the parking space rental brokerage services provided by PEKZE ENTERTAINMENT LTD (PARKAB EU) to clients across Europe.
Services
PARKAB EU acts as an agency coordinating parking space rentals. Reservations are arranged through trusted third-party partners. Invoices and all customer support are handled by email.
Pricing and payment
Prices are quoted before confirmation and stated on your invoice. Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payment may incur interest as permitted by applicable law.
Cancellations and refunds
Reservations are final once confirmed, and no refunds are issued after booking, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. Any statutory right of withdrawal is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law, and where applicable only after the customer has expressly requested immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of that right. All cancellation or support requests must be sent by email to contact@parkab.eu.
Liability
PARKAB EU is responsible for coordinating reservations in good faith. Liability for the physical parking facility lies with the operator. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected reservation.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where PEKZE ENTERTAINMENT LTD is registered. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
